The scheme comprised a new adopted road, and a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units on a semi-rural site near Kings Lynn. Improvements works to a retained public house were also part of the proposals which meant an enlarged trade garden and reconfigured car park, both are now being utilised this summer.
