• Plots 1, 16 & 17 –  3 bedroom detached dwellings and extend to 110sqm
• Plots 3, 11 & 15 – 3 bedroom detached dwellings and extend to 106sqm
• Plots 2, 9 & 10 – 3  bedroom detached dwellings and extend to 110sqm
• Plots 5 & 7 – 4 bedroom detached dwellings and extend to 122sqm
• Plot 4 – 5 bedroom detached dwelling and extends to 146sqm

• Plots 12 – 14 (allocated for affordable housing) 2 bedroom terraced dwellings extend to 80sqm

A Section 106 Agreement has been signed with Kings Lynn Council, and as part of the development a total of 3 affordable housing units are to be provided on site (plots 12 – 14).  A tenure split of 70% affordable rent (2 units) and 30% shared ownership (1 unit).

Access to the development will be via a new access off Main Road (A10) which will serve both the development and the reconfigured public house car park. The construction of the access road and reconfiguration of the public house car park and trade garden will be the responsibility of the developer. A development programme including delivery timetable and specification will be agreed with the purchaser. Condition 15 of the planning permission requires these works to be laid out prior to the commencement of development on the main site.
