We do not believe in using call centres or other telephone answering services – we guarantee that you can speak to one of our professional team members promptly and directly.
If you have the need to call us out of normal working hours, you will have the comfort and confidence knowing that you will be fully supported and connected directly to one of our own in-house team, who have full access to our bespoke software system containing all of the information on each of your properties and it’s history.
Our approach to customer services and client communications enables us to review any job at any time or place. We can quickly and fully assess the urgency of the repair, deciding if it is classed as a free recall – and, more importantly, ensuring that we instruct the right contractor and advise them on the likely materials that may be required to ensure a first-time fix.
