Pre-Acquisition Surveys
A building survey is part of the information required when considering property acquisition. Its significance must not be underestimated, it enables the risks associated with the building, which may affect the delivery of a service, to be assessed.
We adopt a flexible approach to property acquisition as we understand that no two clients’ requirements are the same. Our services are offered on a bespoke basis to meet a client’s specific needs when acquiring either freehold or leasehold sites.
Acquisition and Due Diligence surveys focus on a building’s structure, fabric, finishes and systems, commenting on items of non-conformity, defects, health and safety risks, and can include evaluation of relevant statutory approvals and consents.
Maintenance Planning & Condition Surveys
Our surveyors have many years of experience developing and working on housing regeneration schemes. Our staff are fully versed with the JCT and NEC suites of contracts. Our key aims include building relationships with all parties at an early stage, accurate monitoring and reporting to meet KPI’s, maintaining good communication and applying our technical expertise to standardise specification and design wherever possible.
