We recently reviewed the drainage callouts our operatives attended throughout 2020 and are proud to report that we provided a first time fix rate of 90.24% with an average time on site for 56 minutes!

Our goal is to get it right first time and we achieve this by assessing each job raised to ensure we are armed with the correct information to either troubleshoot over the phone or, make an informed judgement on which contractor to appoint to the job.
Through our bespoke software, we are able to monitor all job history for your properties and highlight any key offenders that have repeat drainage issues. By monitoring such data, we can be proactive in identifying preventative maintenance works that may be required before the matter escalates!
